These terms and conditions are exclusively for our Competition only; please refer to our standard terms and conditions, which you accept to view and book our Out of School Hours Care services, including Wraparound Care - Rise then Shine, Stay and Play, Enrichment Clubs, and Holiday HQ Programmes for children aged 4-11 (site dependent).

1. Eligibility
This competition is open to:
All enrolled Parents/Guardians whose child(ren) attend JAG clubs.
UK residents who, as per our standard terms and conditions for booking and account creation purposes, must:
Be 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
Complete the registration process.
Agree to these and our standard Terms and Conditions.
Provide true, complete, and up-to-date contact information.
Families who meet the entry conditions.
UK residents who are over the age of 18 and use our free entry online form.
Employees of Junior Adventure Group UK and subsidiaries, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry conditions:
Parents/Guardians who meet our entry conditions will be entered into our Holiday HQ: Summer Camp Competition. All families who make a booking for Holiday HQ during the applicable dates will be automatically entered into the competition draw. For families who already have bookings for Holiday HQ: Summer Camp, these bookings will also be counted as entries. No promo code is required.

A Parent/Guardian must submit our online form to secure their free entry.
The form will collect the following information: your full name, email address, and phone number. This data will be stored securely using a digital tool (such as Typeform) and retained for a maximum of 7 days following the winner announcement. If a second draw is required due to non-response, the data may be retained for an additional 7 days, as outlined in Section 5.
Only one free entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
The online form will be live between the dates of Friday, 8th August – Friday 29th August, 2025.

This form is for collecting free entries only and will not be used to collect data for marketing purposes, unless you are already subscribed. All data collected will be securely stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Enter by booking:
A Parent/Guardian's child(ren) must attend at least 1 session of our Holiday HQ Holiday Programme.
The child must attend the session(s):
Between the dates of Monday, 11th August – Friday 29th August, 2025.
Bookings made between Friday, 8th August and Monday, 11th August will count toward the competition.
The first eligible session for attendance will be Monday, 11th August.
For every date attended, an additional entry into the draw will be counted.
Entries are calculated per child, for example: two children booked onto one day under one Parent/Guardian account will count as two entries.
For Parents/Guardians whose child(ren) attended our Summer Holiday HQ programme, between Wednesday, 9th July - Friday, 8th August, will automatically be entered into the competition.
These families are also eligible to book more sessions between the dates stated above and get more entries, provided that the child(ren) attend the additional sessions in line with the eligibility criteria.
Sessions attended during term time or inset days are not eligible for this competition.
Bookings made within the competition period but subsequently cancelled are not deemed as an attended session.
Attendances before Wednesday, 9th July 2025 or after Friday 29th August, 2025 are not eligible for this competition.
If a child cannot attend their session during the competition and is marked absent, this session will not be eligible for this competition.
Any bookings made during the competition period are subject to our standard Booking Terms and Conditions.
3. Prizes
One family will win one TUI Gift Card, valued at £500.
Prize details:
One TUI Gift Card worth £500 will be available for one family to win
The Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. JAG will confirm this date with the winner via email.

The TUI Gift Card is only redeemable against holidays or products available on the TUI Website, subject to TUI’s standard gift card terms, up to the value stated.
Prize is a digital TUI Gift Card.
Prize will be emailed out to the winner.
Total prize is an equivalent value of £500 GBP.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. How to Enter
Any Parents/Guardians who make a booking that meets our competition entry conditions will be automatically entered into the competition. For every date attended, an additional entry into the draw will be counted. Parents/Guardians who book two or more children into a session under one account will receive an entry per child. Bookings must be made via your Magic Bookings account on our website: https://bookings.junioradventuresgroup.co.uk/
Parents/Guardians can also enter for free using our online form. Entries on the form are limited to one per person.
5. Winner Selection
Our winner selection process is as follows:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received using a digital tool.
The drawing of winners will take place after the competition closes on Friday, 29th August 2025, and on or before Friday, 5th September 2025, at Junior Adventures Group UK, 5a Millars Brook Business Park, Molly Millars Lane RG41 2AD.
Winners will be notified via email on the same day the draw takes place, using the details you have provided to us in our Booking System or online form.
The winner will have 7 days from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, we reserve the right to select another winner. Any redraw will take place promptly after the 7-day period ends.
Winners will also be published on our website. Upon entering the competition, you agree to your name being shared publicly on our website and public channels, such as social media.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition—including but not limited to eligibility, prize draw outcomes, and entry validity—will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. General Conditions
Junior Adventures Group UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of technical failures, fraud, system errors, legal breaches, or any other factor beyond the promoter’s control, including but not limited to catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or act of God. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TUI. You are providing your information to Junior Adventures Group UK Ltd and not to any other party. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties. Data collected through the competition will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition unless explicit consent is obtained for any other use. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party not directly connected with the administration of this competition.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions, and by participating, all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or received due to technical faults, network issues, or any other reason beyond its control.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law under the Gambling Act 2005 and CAP code regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
