At JAG, we’re always listening to families — and we’ve made childcare bookings more flexible than ever.
From 15th September 2025, you can cancel or amend bookings up to 48 hours before – across all our services: breakfast clubs, after school clubs, and holiday clubs.
Last year, we extended our cancellation policy to 28 days’ notice – but parents told us this didn’t give them the flexibility they needed. We’ve acted on that feedback, and we’re not just going back to 7 days. We’ve made it even more flexible for you.
From now on, you can cancel or amend bookings right up to 48 hours before– across all our services: breakfast clubs, after school clubs, and holiday clubs.
How This Will Support Families
More control: Own your booking right up until two days before – perfect for changing shifts, plans, or childcare needs.
Peace of mind: Guarantee your regular spots without worrying if life changes last minute.
Easier budgeting: Spread the cost with instalments, making it simpler to plan ahead and stay flexible.
Future use: Cancelled sessions will be credited to your account for future bookings.

NEW Booking Amendments & Cancellation Policy
We know plans can change, so we’ve made our cancellation policy much more flexible for families. You can now amend or cancel sessions right up until 48 hours before they start. If you do so within this timeframe, you’ll receive a credit note that can be used for any future bookings within the next six months.
If a cancellation or amendment is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will still be charged.
How to Cancel or Amend a Booking
Log in to your JAG booking portal.
Click on ‘Bookings’.
Find the booking you wish to change and select the blue eye icon under ‘View booking’.
Choose ‘Amend date(s)’.
Next to ‘Activity session’, select the session you’d like to cancel (e.g. Rise then Shine, Stay and Play, Holiday HQ).
Adjust the calendar date range to cover the sessions you wish to cancel.
Tick the day(s) of the week you’d like to cancel.
Select the child whose booking you’d like to change.
Click ‘View dates’.
Double-check the dates are correct, then click ‘Cancel all dates’.
Provide a reason for your cancellation.
Important Information
Refunds are not available, but any credit notes will remain active on your account for six months.

Parents and guardians must also notify the school if their child will not be attending Rise then Shine or Stay and Play club.
