Drop-off and Collection

Please note that our clubs will be operating from the Infant Building, with a walking bus to and from the Junior Building. For Rise then Shine clubs, please drop children off at the Infant School. At the end of the session, we will take children via walking bus to the Junior School where they will head to their classrooms. For Stay and Play clubs, our JAG team will collect children from their classrooms at the Infant School, and for the walking bus, children in years 3 - 6 will meet our team members in the Junior School Library where we will then head to the Infant School. For collection, please pick up from the Infant Building. *Please note, we welcome children between the ages of 4 and 11 in Reception through to Year 6 at primary school.

    Holiday HQ

    Holiday HQ is the ultimate destination for children looking for an unforgettable break from the school routine. From exciting outdoor escapades to creative workshops, cooking classes and interactive learning sessions – our expert programme team provide a dynamic blend of engaging activities and enriching experiences. Each holiday season focuses on a different theme, with a range of exciting activities happening each day! From arts and crafts, to sports and STEM – we’ve made sure no two days are the same and that there’s something for everyone! We also ensure that every child’s holiday is not just entertaining but an opportunity for growth. Helping them to build new friendships, explore their interests, and return to school with unforgettable memories. We’re the experts in fun!

  • Wellington Primary School Stay and Play

    The fun continues after school at our ‘Stay and Play’ afternoon programmes. Kids can dive into more fun activities, building lasting friendships and creating memories beyond the classroom, all before heading home for quality family time. The club will be based in the Infant School Wraparound Room. At the end of the school day, our team will collect children from their classrooms at the Infant School, and for the Junior school walking bus, children in years 3 - 6 will meet our team members in the Junior School Library, where they will then head to the Infant School via Walking Bus. For collection, please pick up from the Infant Building. Parents can pick up at any time up until 6pm. Please note that we do charge a late collection fee of £10 per 15 minutes following the club's stated closing time. All children must be signed out by an adult over 16 who is named on that child’s registration form.
