When arriving at the leisure centre, the reception staff will direct you to our base room, where our staff will be waiting to greet you. *Please note, due to Ofsted regulations, our leisure centre venues can only welcome children between the ages of 5 and 11 in Years 1 - 6 at primary school.

To book using an ACE code, confirm your eligibility with Three Rivers District Council, who will provide you with a reference number. Following this, please create an account with us and then contact our friendly Customer Care team with your ACE referral number. From here, our customer care team will support you in securing your booking.
